MSc Program in Chemical Engineering and Process Control
MSc Program in Materials Engineering

The general requirements for the MSc degree consist of successful completion of course work, participation in the graduate seminar, and presentation of a thesis which embodies the results of independent research. MSc students must complete all the requirements within four years of the time they first register as graduate students.

Graduate students in materials engineering will be assigned a supervisor upon admission. Chemical engineering and process control students who have not been assigned a supervisor upon admission to their program, need to select their supervisor and research project during the first term of their studies. Students are encouraged to have discussions with professors who have research projects that may be of interest. Students who were assigned a supervisor upon admission need to select their research project during this period.

Financial support is provided by the department for all MSc students.
